SpeakerToday we're gonna dive into a workflow that's gonna save you hours and make your proposals instantly better. AI powered proposal and presentation development. Think about how much time you spend trying to turn data and insights into a persuasive story. That's the grind. So today we're gonna talk about how to have AI handle the first 80% of that story you're telling. This is gonna free you up to focus on the strategic human connection, the last 20% that actually closes the deal. Now, you likely have internal slides created by marketing to use as a starting point. So I'm gonna take you from the very beginning of this process, but you don't need to abandon the slides that you already have. Instead, integrate them into your deck and leverage AI to prioritize which slides and talk tracks you use based on the defined priorities in the prompts we're gonna review. So the first challenge in any proposal is internal alignment. We need to translate your slide strategy into concrete brief that AI can use. So the problem we're gonna solve is cutting down the endless back and forth and getting a structured starting point for your creative direction. The strategy, the why behind this, we're gonna ask AI to wear the hat of a chief strategy officer. This high level role forces AI to think about market trends, competitive positioning, and the client's biggest business problems, not just the media plan. So here's the quick mechanics behind the RIGS method. The role is the Chief Strategy officer for a global media company. The instruction structured high level strategic brief for a new proposal. The guardrails you're gonna use. The output must use three core sections, the client challenge, & theme, and the required proof points. And the specifics. You are just gonna plug in the client name and their core business challenge. So here's the key. That brief is your human written starting point, and it's now structured perfectly. Don't try to write this prompt down as I'm talking. The full copy and paste prompt is waiting for you right now at saleszenai.com/ prompts. So the second piece of this is the deck outline. It's building the story skeleton. So now you have a strategy. You need a story flow. Most sellers just jump to slides, especially ones that are off the shelf created by your marketing department. Again, no need to abandon them, but integrate them. A great presentation has a narrative arc. So the problem we're gonna solve here is eliminating the blank page problem and ensuring your deck flows logically from problem to solution to proof. So the strategy, the why behind this one, we're now shifting AI's persona to a presentation architect. This role focuses purely on structure and audience engagement. We're telling it to use the brief from step one and turn it into a slide by slide outline. This is where we're using secure tools like Gemini for workspace, because you can just drop in the AI brief from your previous chat. If you're using Google and you're using Gemini, you can then go from Gemini to Canvas. To create the slides and eventually put them into Google Slides. That's my quick plug. You all know I'm a fan of Gemini for workspace. So the quick mechanics here, the How for the RIGS prompt on this one, the role the AI as a presentation architect specializing in advertising sales, the instruction generate a slide by slide outline for a 15 minute presentation or however long yours is. The guardrails. AI must follow a problem, agitate, solve, prove structure, and limit the outline to 12 slides. I am a fan of less slides. If you can tell something in one slide, you don't need two. If you can tell something without a slide, don't use it. This outline now gives you the DNA of your presentation. You're not worrying about font sizes and images. You're worrying about the flow of ideas. And then the final step here, step three, is drafting the narrative, the core messaging. This is the most time consuming part for most salespeople writing the actual speaker notes and key headlines that tie it all together. So the problem we're solving is generating a powerful client facing copy for the most important slides instantly. The strategy behind this, the why, let's make your AI a Madison Avenue copywriter. This persona brings punchiness and persuasiveness into your dry data. We're going to focus it on the most critical slides to start, like the title slide or the solution overview. You can scale this across all your slides, however, you likely have some strong talking points for slides you've used in the past. The quick mechanics, the how on this. Our final RIGS prompt, the AI is a senior Madison Avenue copywriter. The instruction, write the headline, and three bullet points of persuasive copy For however many slides you want to integrate. The guardrails copy must be urgent, benefit driven, and under 15 words per line. Also avoid internal company jargon and the specifics. You'll specify the slide number and topic from the step two outline along with your primary media product, and that's it. In about 10 minutes, you've used the human AI hybrid model to move from a blank screen to a strategically sound, structurally perfect and persuasively drafted proposal framework. Your job now is to refine, add the final data, and most important, deliver the human story. You likely have these internal slides already. So use those in addition to the new slides that you generate through ai. That's your actionable workflow for the week. We talked about the power of the human AI hybrid model and how to execute it securely to get immediate measurable results. Now it's your turn. Take action. Don't just listen.
